£40,000 – £45,000 p.a.:
Are you a talented EA & Office Manager ready to provide first-class support to a busy Director and establish key HR & Facilities procedures? An influential name in the UK Furniture industry is seeking a knowledgeable, vivacious and resilient individual to lead business support processes at their Head Office.
This is a spilt role, which requires a multi-tasking candidate with excellent time management skills. A keen attention to detail is essential, as the Director will be reliant on their EA to be a true extension of themselves capable of handling business tasks with confidence and trust. In addition, you will be establishing, monitoring and continually improving important Office Management, Health & Safety and Technical Support processes to ensure the smooth running of the work space. Liaising closely with a Head of HR and reporting straight to the Director, you will become an instrumental individual within the Head Office and a ‘go-to’ figurehead for the wider team.
To be considered, you must have proven experience as an EA/PA to Partners or Directors within the Design or Creative sector, and a strong understanding of Office Management will be highly beneficial. You must be an outgoing, proactive and positive applicant able to tackle professional challenges with optimism and an all-round ‘can-do’ attitude.
